RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Florietta, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the hygienic nature of our hairbrushes and the personalisation options we offer, all sales are final.
1. RETURNS POLICY
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our hairbrushes, including both standard and personalised brushes.
Final Sale Items
- All hairbrushes are final sale.
- Engraved and personalised products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with a product once it has been used.
2. DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
To Qualify for a Replacement or Refund:
- You must notify us at hi@florietta.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order number.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging where applicable.
- If approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear.
3. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- The product is deemed defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We sent the wrong item and a replacement is not available.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the product does not meet our return criteria.
4. CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled as we process orders quickly. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
If you made an error with your order, please contact us immediately at hi@florietta.com.au, and we will do our best to assist.
5. SHIPPING & RETURN PROCESS
In the rare case that we approve a return (for damaged or incorrect items only), we will provide return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we made an error with the order.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For clarity, we do not accept returns on the following:
- Hairbrushes (all types) – due to hygiene reasons.
- Engraved or personalised products – all customised items are final sale.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Items damaged by improper use or care.
