2. ORDER PLACEMENT & PRICING
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of price at the time of purchase.

Pricing Errors
Occasionally, an item may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product you have ordered, we will:

If we cannot reach you, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Currency & VAT

3. PAYMENT & CHARGES
The purchase price of your items, including shipping costs, will be charged at checkout.
Payment is required in full before an order is processed.

If an issue arises with payment, we may contact you for further verification before processing your order.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once shipped, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for delays due to customs processing.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for any products.
Personalized and engraved brushes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@florietta.com.au with photos of the item.

Florietta owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights on this website and its content.

8. ORDERING CONDITIONS
By clicking the ‘Confirm and Pay’ button, you enter into an obligation to pay for the product(s).
The contract language is English.
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This does not constitute order acceptance.
Order acceptance occurs when we email you confirming dispatch, at which point a contract is formed.
If an order is rejected due to pricing or stock errors, we will issue a full refund.
9. GIFTING TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms apply to any Florietta promotional gifts offered on our website.
Gift Eligibility
The details of the promotional gift will be outlined in the promotional materials.
Gifts are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If an item purchased with a free gift is returned, the gift must also be returned.
