At Florietta, each brush is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before leaving our studio. We take great pride in the quality of our materials, engraving, and finishing, and we stand by our workmanship.
Warranty Coverage
Florietta offers a 90-day manufacturing warranty on all hairbrushes from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects, including:

Structural faults to the brush under normal use

Defects in engraving caused by the manufacturing process

Handle or cushion faults that occur without external impact
All brushes undergo quality checks during production and again prior to dispatch.
If your brush falls outside of the warranty period, we may be able to offer a repair or replacement option at our discretion.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover:

General wear and tear from everyday use

Cosmetic changes over time, including:

Minor scratches

Marks or dents

Natural changes in finish or paint

Damage caused by:

Dropping or impact

Exposure to water, moisture, heat, or chemicals

Improper storage or handling

Bristle wear or shedding over time

Brushes that have been altered, repaired, or modified by a third party

Lost or stolen items
Wear & Care Note
Florietta brushes are designed to be kept and cherished. However, as they are made using natural materials, subtle changes over time are expected and are considered part of the brush’s character rather than a defect.
In our experience, damage rarely occurs without an external factor. What can sometimes happen is:

A knock, drop, or impact weakens the brush

The brush may appear fine initially

Damage becomes noticeable later during normal use
